2023 Dog Licences

To obtain your 2023 dog license, please provide the Town Treasurer with the rabies certificate showing name and serial number of vaccine, date of vaccination, and expiration date. Include your resident address, as well as mailing address (if different) and the best contact phone number.

If your dog is chipped, please provide that number also. The cost is $5 if neutered/spayed or $10 if not. Proof of spay/neuter, such as a signed statement from a veterinarian or an invoice for services, is required if the pet has been altered since the last licensing period. 

The deadline for getting your dog licensed is March 31, 2023.

WI Statutes require the owner of a dog more than 5 months old to acquire a dog license. WI state law requires dogs to be vaccinated against rabies no later than 5 months of age, and revaccinated within one year after the initial vaccination.
